Cancellation & Return Policy

At QuaderShopping, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us. You can conveniently initiate the return online or on our mobile app. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Cancellation & Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product and seller. We assure you that all products sold on QuaderShopping are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our following Cancellation & Returns policy has got you covered:

  • However, please note that due to logistics issues, orders cannot be cancelled once paid for.
  • No cancellations will also be entertained for those products that QuaderShopping marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • However, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Kindly view all product descriptions and product videos (If Available) where available before purchase.
  • QuaderShopping items are not available for trial and return. We understand that other vendors may be supplying products which can be tried and returned. These vendors may then recycle the returned products to other customers. Which means that you may also be receiving used and recycled merchandise when buying from such vendors?
  • QuaderShopping does not recycle products; hence, we are unable to accept used products back for a refund, immaterial of the reason. All QuaderShopping items are sold with a replacement warranty, and if there is any warranty issue with the product, they will be replaced promptly.
  • Note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Exchange is at the sole discretion of the Sales Team and can be exercised only under special and genuine circumstances.
  • In any case, refunds are not possible for items once they are shipped. Products may be replaced or exchanged or a voucher worth purchase value issued if a return is authorized as a very special case.
  • In case a return for a refund or voucher is authorized, the customer may no longer keep using the product. Any usage of the product post a refund confirmation would void all the customer rights.
  • The Merchant shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect incurred by the customer towards usage, inability to use or failure of the product. The customer agrees to buy and use the product at his own responsibility and risk and use necessary discretion and care when operating electronic products. The maximum liability of the merchant will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. It is the customers responsibility to use the product correctly and as described, and to consult the merchant in case of any doubt.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • For any replacement, the product needs to be returned first. In case of replacement for transit damage or warranty claim, postage costs will be reimbursed for the return after verification of the claim. Return of the product is mandatory to initiate a claim.

Refund Policy for out of stock items:

  • For any reason, if the product you have ordered is not available in stock, we will give you the option to change your order to another item of equivalent value you. However, if you so wish, a full refund of your payment will be processed in this scenario.
  • Processing time for refunds can take up to 7 to 10 working days.
  • No refunds will be given for items purchased using loyalty points, referral credits or coupons of any kind. Only actual monetary payments can be refunded.

Damage/Loss in transit:
Please note that all items are insured with the shipper. If your item was damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged. However, please note that the maximum period for reporting a damaged or lost item received is 48 hours. In case you ordered multiple items, and you find some items missing, please check with us immediately. In case it is a case of transit loss, this needs to be reported to the courier within 48 hours.
In case the transit loss or damage is reported beyond this deadline, our team will still try our best to assist you and will file a claim with the courier. However, if the claim is declined by courier due to the delay, then we will not be able to replace the item.
Please note that the above terms are not negotiable. The management may accept your claim as an exception, even if you have not met the above criteria. QuaderShopping have rights to change or modify these above policy without any prior notice. Checkout periodically updates of circumstances time to time.  However such exceptions are made as a gesture of goodwill and may not be applicable in all cases.

Other Liability:

The Merchant cannot be held liable in any event, for any special, punitive, incidental, consequential loss and/or damages (direct and/or indirect) whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity, business loss, loss of profit, revenue, loss and/or damage to any person and/or property arising out of or in connection with the use of and/or performance of the Website or any products bought from the Website/Merchant, with the delay and/or inability to use the Website/services/products and/or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, and/or for any information, software, Products, services obtained through the Website/services, and/or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website/services/products, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability and/or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of damages. The User shall verify the veracity of all information on his/her own before undertaking reliance and acting thereupon. The Merchant shall not be responsible and/or liable for any direct or consequential damages arising on account of the user reliance on the contents of the advertisement and usage of the product/s. Further, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third part action which results in the information provided by the User being exposed, misused and/or by such third party who accessed such information without any authorization from the Company. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Courts in Delhi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website for information or purchase of products.

Replacement:

If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition or it is ‘Not as Described’ by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller’s policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Made-to-order / custom jewellery
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items

Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with the Clothing and Footwear item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or color. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller’s Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange.

Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

What is QuaderShopping Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 7 to 10 working days of delivery from sellers with Shopper QuaderShopping Advantage or within 10 days of delivery from other Sellers. Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

What items can I Exchange?

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice. We hope you understand that the product can only be used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Refund:

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Log into your QuaderShopping account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link
  • In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
  • Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm
  • Cancellation and Refund policy missing – Add (Refund will processed through same mode within 10 working days) Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order.)
